Both the seller and the realtor are aware of our public offering of shares in the value of the land.  All Sasquatch Sanctuary Shares go directly towards the purchase of the land agreed price of $221,000 . $21,000 due Jan 15th $200,000 due March 1st with a possession date of March 21st, 2025.  MLS® #: R2875013 

As a legislated CCC Company, shareholders are allowed 40% of profit share of operations. 36 acres (40% of the 92.35 acres for FORESTOURISM development is thus offered for shareholders in the form of Sasquatch Sanctuary Shares.
