What's a BIG FOOT of land?
In 2008, just a few kms south of the Sanctuary , Larry Sommerfield found and cast a 16" by 9" Sasquatch foot print , equaling one sq. ft of land. It takes 43,560 sq. ft. to make an acre. A Sasquatch Sanctuary Share is valued per BIG FOOT of the 40% land of profit share.

OUR FIRST SASQUATCH SANCTUARY
Located on the mountains the first people's described on the steps to heaven, USK is located 22km outside of Terrace BC. This 92.35 site includes river frontage on the Skeena River , a world renowned destination for steelhead and salmon. . Accessible only by train, walking or cable ferry, this remote community once was the thriving epicenter for British Columbia mining and logging pioneers in 1904. The site includes creeks , mine , mushrooms and timber including towering old growth cedars. Site home to many species including the Spirit Bear of the region, the Kermode.
